Wilson & Muir Online™

Wilson & Muir Online™ offers Internet based, user friendly, 24-hours a day banking, from the convenience of your home, office or anywhere with Internet service. With Wilson & Muir Online™ you can access your accounts, transfer balances, review statement histories, even download to your personal financial software all where and when it's most convenient for you.

eStatement

WMB’s eStatement module is a safe, convenient, and environmentally friendly service that allows you to receive your regularly scheduled bank account statements electronically.  Here’s how it works:

  • Statement is accessed via CSI eSafe to insure the security of your confidential documents. 
  • You are set up with a user name (your email address) and password to access your statement.
  • An email from CSI will notify the client that the statement is available to access on the CSI eSafe server.
  • eStatements are sent out by 3pm the business day following a cycle cut.  (paper statements have at least a two day delay between cut off and mailing). 
  • Check images will be included with the statement if you set up your account to receive images. (your option)
  • You may print or download copies of your statements for your records or you may subscribe to CSI eSafe’s long term storage service to retain electronic storage for longer than 90 days. 

Bill Pay

The Bill Pay module of our online system allows you to pay bills, edit and view histories without leaving your desk.

Cash Management

Our Cash Management System provides our commercial and corporate clients with an Internet based; financial administrative platform in which they can access a full range of Cash Management tools. Designed to meet the needs of both the small business and large corporate customers Cash Management allows:

  • Check imaging: Front and back images of cleared checks are now available online.
  • Account Reconciliation and Positive Pay: compares checks issued on your accounts to checks being presented for payment on your accounts to identify discrepancies. When a discrepancy is detected, Positive Pay allows you to view these exceptions and chose to pay or return them.
  • Initiation of stop payments, wire transfers & ACH items.
  • Initiation of payroll and tax deposits.
  • Balance reporting and funds transfer.
  • File export to financial management software.

Remote Deposit Capture

Enjoy ultimate convenience with Remote Deposit Capture.  This state of the art service allows you to deposit items to your account without leaving the office.  All you need is a computer, internet connection and a check scanner (available though WMB). Not only will you improve your funds availability* and daily cash flow, you will save time with data entry and trips to the bank.  With RDC you can make deposits 24/7 so you can spend more of your time at work and at play.

Online FAQs

Q. What is this going to cost me?
A. There is no fee for Wilson & Muir Online™ or Bill Pay**. Transaction limitations may apply to your individual accounts. The fees for Cash Management are nominal. Contact us for details.

Q. What accounts are available with Wilson & Muir Online™?
A. You can access information on any account with Wilson & Muir Bank. This includes checking, savings and money market accounts, certificates of deposit, IRAs, loans and lines of credit.

Q. When can I access my accounts?
A. Wilson & Muir Online™, Bill Pay and some portions of Cash Management are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. From time to time, we may schedule "down times" for upgrades or system maintenance.

Q. When are transfers on Wilson & Muir Online™ available?
A. Transfers between checking and savings are made immediately available for your access by check, ATM and Visa® Check Card. Loan balances and other transactions will be updated on the following business day.

Q. What is the "cut-off" time for transfers?
A. All transactions received by our host computer by 4:00 p.m. (EST) will post on that day's business. All transactions received after 4:00 p.m. will post on the following business day.
